Prices given are per person per full day in a multiple-day event and include the following:
- Preparation (composing the menu, communication, purchasing, etc)
- Vegan/vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Coffee, tea, and a small snack during the afternoon break
- Fresh fruit, available during the day

Prices might change for a single-day event.
All prices exclude the following:
- a surcharge of € 7,00 pp per meal for non-vegetarian
- a surcharge of € 7,00 pp per meal for special diets outside gluten and dairy-free.
- Traveling costs (€ 0,60 per km, economy train or airfare)
- VAT 9% (21% where applicable)
Breakout: breakfast 20%, lunch 30%, and dinner 50% of the total daily price, charged as per this breakout.
