My quality as a retreat chef is presence and perfection. I have been cooking and creating food for most of my life. As a child, I was to be found in the kitchen, spying on my father, always curious about what he was doing with the ingredients which were then unknown to me. I have been discovering, trying, changing, and creating ever since. I traveled the world with one basic rule: “Culture is to be tasted in the streets!”. The world has so much to offer when it comes to taste…

Nothing is more satisfying than expressing my qualities and passion for the food I prepare. It’s not only about the food and its ingredients; my presence and devotion make a difference. How I cook is how I live my life: straight from the heart.

Health, consciousness, and taste are the values I honour when creating meals. Working as a chef in the energy of a group, using high-quality products, is a privilege, and it will make you enjoy my creations!

Alongside cooking, I also help people (mainly men) find their next step in life through deep, integral coaching. I help you to find your life vision and higher purpose and determine the steps toward that vision (see my other site). The creation of food and helping to find purpose and vision have many similarities; that’s why they are so beautiful to combine. They both significantly contribute to one’s joy and quality of life!

I cater to groups of 15 to 250 people. People who perform work on themselves have different daily needs, and I will meet those needs. Tuned into the group’s energy, I can serve exactly what you need.

When creating the meals, I channel my and the group’s energy. Cooking is meditation for me. The most delicious creations emerge when I am fully devoted, always present, and in full connection with the food and the people around me.

My focus is working from the heart. I do not produce food; I create nourishment. I play with flavours, composing meals using colour, scent, and taste. Enjoying my creations is like enjoying art. Take your time, look, feel, and taste.

I cook worldwide dishes from Morocco, India, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Mexico, Italy, Russia, South America, South Africa, and many more. I cook vegan, vegetarian, or non-vegetarian.
